Jo and Bach Consulting Limited offers CV writing, resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, psychometric test preparation, career and interview coaching services, and related services to assist clients in enhancing their job search and career development skills.

 

All services are provided by professional writers with expertise in resume and CV creation and for our coaching services, you will be matched with one of our qualified and experienced career coaches.

 

3. Payment

Payment for services is due in advance and must be made through the specified payment methods on our website. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. We may change our prices at any time. All payments shall be in the currency indicated on the payment page.

You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.

If you purchase a subscription to one or more of our services, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. No refunds will be provided for our subscription services. In general, and except as specifically noted on a specific site, all purchases of our professional CV-writing and coaching services are final and no refunds will be provided. Some of our services may include a specific guarantee – please see our package descriptions to confirm whether your package includes any guarantee.

 

4. CV/Resume Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about their education, work experience, skills, and other relevant details. Jo and Bach Consulting Limited is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by clients.

 

5. Revisions

Clients are entitled to request revisions to their CV/resume within a specified timeframe after the initial draft is provided. The number of revisions included in the service may vary depending on the package chosen by the client.

 

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance taking into consideration the coach's and client's availability and may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to coach availability.

 

7. Consultation/Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are conducted virtually via [Zoom/Skype/Phone] or in person if applicable. Clients are responsible for ensuring a quiet and private environment during coaching sessions. The duration of coaching sessions will be as specified when booking the service. Additional sessions may be recommended based on the client's needs.

 

8. Turnaround Time

Jo and Bach Consulting Limited will provide an estimated turnaround time for each service after the initial consultation and information gathering process. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Jo and Bach Consulting Limited will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, documents and discussions during coaching sessions. Client information will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.

 

10. Refusal of Service

Jo and Bach Consulting Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

This includes situations where the client's requested service may be deemed unethical, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies.

 

11. Copyright and Ownership

The final CV/resume created, test preparation resources and coaching materials provided by Jo and Bach Consulting Limited is the intellectual property of the client. Jo and Bach Consulting Limited retains the right to showcase samples of our work for promotional purposes, with all personal information redacted. Clients may not reproduce or distribute coaching materials without written permission.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Jo and Bach Consulting Limited is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of income or opportunity, resulting from the use of our services.

 

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Jo and Bach Consulting Limited reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Clients may be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
